Apparently we are having trouble taking payments on our website, but only on a random basis. It has only happened twice in the last 10 or 12 instances. Does anyone know how we can fix this?

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https://nasc.us.com/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/extern/ipn.php?reset=1&contactID=87&contributionID=42&module=event&eventID=6&participantID=14

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

if you goto the below URL i get a 500 server error

might want to investigate and fix that
