I am trying a new CiviCRm install 4.0.5 on a linux apache server with:
Drupal 7.8
PHP 3.4.5
MySQL  5.1.58
I configured the civicrm.settings.php file
The Drupal install seems to work.
The template folder was created.
There is no tables in the new database.
I get the Drupal error message:
Initialization Error
code=> -18
    [message] => DB Error: no such table
    [mode] => 16
    [debug_info] => SELECT *,  config_backend 
 FROM civicrm_domain
 
 WHERE (  civicrm_domain.id = 1 ) 
Table '....civicrm_domain' doesn't exist

I can create a new table with the assumed fields and get the next table error?

Thanks, I skipped that part.
It is installed and OK now.
