Importing Individual

I successfully imported all my organization contacts approx 6000+ contacts using no duplicate checking. My problem is that when I started importing Individuals the Organization Name is not showing as a mapping field ?

You cannot import organizations along with individuals. But you can create relationship with Organization and it will create new org if it does not exist in db.
