Create Forum area for "Using CiviEngage" and GOTV Setup instructions

Kindly consider to create a forum area "Using CiviEngage". In addition if someone can help provide complete instruction for Canvassing and GOTV (Get Out To Vote) capability in Civicrm. I will deeply appreciate this help.

Is there a way to integrate CiviEngage or CiviPetition with local City officials, State Officials, US Congeress/Congressman, US Senate/Senator's office using Email(Campaign) and Petition?

Forgive me that I am not able to put detailed scenarios however am looking for knowledge and understanding how to accomplish above ideas.
