The web producer executes technical and content objectives for the website, working with stakeholders to execute online business requirements.

The chosen candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• proven leadership of effective project teams
• professional and project management skills
• fluency in all technical and business aspects of the web
• the ability to communicate effectively with developers and nontechnical staff alike
• experience working with or within NGOs
• ability to assess and implement emerging web technologies
• creative, motivated and entrepreneurial

The web producer will be responsible for:

• website management and production
• interfacing with stakeholders, content producers and web developers
• overseeing content production and scheduling
• assisting in marketing and community development of the site
• training and supporting staff and users
• maintaining a thorough understanding of all aspects of the CMS and CRM

Requirements

• 1+ years managing a website using a CMS (Drupal is a plus)
• experience using a CRM (CiviCRM is a plus)
• 2+ years experience with a large-scale design or redesign of websites.
• 3+ years experience with HTML, CSS, Photoshop
• the ability to multi-task and self-motivate
• professional skills: writing, communicating

This position will report to the IT and Digital Media Director in Santa Fe, NM. We are open to contract, salaried and telecommuting arrangements. We are looking for the best candidate.
