Hi all ...

I've got an event with a price set:
- Registration fee
- Workshop 1
- Workshop 2

The registration fee is mandatory and people can choose what workshop they will attend.
But, the event is for parents and kids.
Parents will have to pay, kids can join for free. But they must be registered for the event.

How can I make it happen that dad registers himself, the mother and 2 kids.
For dad and mom the price is calculated and the kids are registered for free, both kids choosing different workshops.

Any hints on this?

The only thing I think you could do is add the kids as open text fields (custom data fields) as opposed to actual registrants.

Hi, and thanks for your reply!
I solved it with a radio button on the price filed in the price set.
1 option for adults
1 option for kids
When a parent registers a child they can choose the option for kids,  $0.
It's not a fool proof setup but we count on the goodwill :)
