Javascript isn't loading properly (I think)
September 28, 2011, 06:55:35 am
I'm trying to install CiviCRM on my Mac OS 10.6.8 computer using MAMP. It has worked in the past, but it's not working now. I'm using Drupal 6.22 and CiviCRM 3.4.6. I run the installer for Drupal, everything works fine. (Actually, I was initially running into this issue: drupal.org/node/1174496, but applying the patch found on that page fixes the WSOD issue.) Next, I run the CiviCRM installer. Everything seems to go okay: the installer reports that the install happened correctly, and the civicrm module is automatically installed on the drupal side of things. When I browse to the dashboard, though, I simply get a black bar at the top (all the menu items are gone), and the center of the page says "loading" indefinitely.

I tried this again using CiviCRM 3.4.5, and it manifested the same problem. This leads me to believe that there may be a problem with my setup. I did, however, have it working in the past, so I just can't figure out what's going on.

One last item that may be helpful: I started using the debugging tools in Safari, and it mentioned that the civicrm/css/civicrm.css file was being "interpreted as Image but transferred with MIME type text/css." Not sure if that has any relevance whatsoever, but it seems like it might.

Thanks in advance for any help!
