civicontribute form auto populates joomla 1.5

Hi all, new to the forum...

It seems that my civicontribute page is holding on to fields from the previous submission.  Civicrm 1.9/joomla 1.5
any ideas?  Anyone seen this before?

If you are "logged in" - then CiviContribute will prefill existing information from your user's contact record (email address, name, billing address - depending on which payment processor you're using and which fields are included on your form).

If this is NOT the case - then this may be an issue with CiviCRM under Joomla 1.5. We are not officially supporting Joomla 1.5 for the 1.9 or 2.0 releases of CiviCRM. You can search this forum for more info on this issue.

ok, thanks.  User is not logged in.  I've searched for other reports of the problem but not found them, Although I've seen it on two separate installs.

If you are using the same browser and same session to make another contribution, we remember this information in a cookie/session. You might want to clean out your cookie / close the browser and start another contribution.
