How to change the start date for automatic recurring contributions

I am testing CiviCRM 3.4.6 under Drupal 6, and would like to test the new feature for changing the start date for Authorize.net automatic recurring transactions.   But when I put in a recurring contribution in the back-office area, I do not see any options for choosing the start date.   

I am using the "Submit Credit Card Contribution" button under the contact's contribution tab.  Am I in the right place?

I realised that it is looking at the processor's name rather than type so if the name is 'Authorize.net' it will work - you can log an issue & assign to me if you want

Even after changing the name to "Authorize.net", the start date area for the payment does not get displayed.
