Hi,

I'm new to CiviCRM and am having trouble adding a contribution page. I have gone through the configuration checklist and have been able to complete that section. It seem all links wotk and I can do everything except for going to the second page of the 'New Contribution Page'. Once I fill the first section in and click continue, I get a page with this on it...

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


I don't know a lot about how to handle this issue but I did check permissions on the folders and files within the com_civicrm directory and they all seem in order.

How do I go about fixing this?


Update - Short answer turned out to be a mod_sec problem and host whitelisted my domain. Took about 2 minutes to fix.
