[SOLVED] Impossible to create a folder to put the translation files
September 30, 2011, 01:38:40 pm
When I try to create a new folder at the FileZilla to put the translation, show the message:

550 /www/components/com_civicrm/l10n: Permission denied

When I try to change the CHMOD from 755 to 777:

550 CHMOD 777 com_civicrm: Operation not permitted

Trying to create the folder at the ftp site of the host, was give me the same message.
I percept that in OWN/Group was named like nobody, and the other folder is named with the name of my site.
I read about CHGRP that can give acess to groups, but i don't know what o should do.
I can create folders in others place of my host, but in "com_civicrm", it does't work.
My language is PT-BR

i suspect u'll need to get your hosting provider to change permissions on those directories
