500 Internal Server Error

I am getting an error with any and all imports. The error message is a 500 Internal Server Error

The request was not completed. The server met an unexpected condition.

index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/import/contact (port 80)

Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at 12.180.54.40 Port 80

I am using Joomla and Civicrm 3.45 with php5.29 Mysql 5.19 w/INNODB my php is set to time out at 200 secs apache is set to time out at 60 seconds

Please help.

This even happens with a very small CSV file? Can you try to upload that same CSV file to the CiviCRM demo here http://civicrm.org/try and see if it works there?

Just take two lines and change each datum individually. Change "john" to "dave" and "john@john.com" to "aaa@bbb.com"

Just so we get the basic structure of your CSV code for a test.
