ahoy all,

  first, CiviCRM is really amazing.  thanks for the great work.

  starting from the page about using mailing lists subscriptions and blocks (i cannot post the URL, forum permissions), i have searched high & low for something that seems so basic (and probably is), but still i cannot find the answer.  i am looking for a URL, page, etc. at which a user (anonymous or authenticated) can unsubscribe from any mailing list they are registered for, or at least submit their email to receive an email with instructions how to do so.  i am aware that a customized URL is generated at the bottom of CiviMail mailings, but i am looking for something to put at the site that lets someone unsubscribe or opt-out from a mailing list.

  to summarize, i am looking for the counterpart yang of the "subscribe reset=1" URL.
