Dear all,

I want to know if there's a easy way to search all individual with a specific ROLE (custom relationship between an organization and an individual) who work in a Members organization.

Because I know how to get the list of members organization ; but how could I get the list of all individual who are EMPLOYER (standard relationship) in a members organization?

I'm not sure to be clear enough but if you understand my question, help me before I start to developp a custom search if it's possible with the standard search solutions.

I think you can do this with advanced search:

But maybe there's a way to say that all INDIVIDUAL who are employe of a MEMBER's ORGANIZATION are also MEMBERS
