In another post, I've mentioned issues I am facing with server resilience and stability (see: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,21804.0.html)

I am finding a number of customers run into timeouts or other issues during their registration process.

Is there any way to be notified of an incomplete registration? Is the data stored anywhere that I could get so that I might reach out to these folks offline and over to help them?

A better option and user experience would be to switch to a more reliable and better hosting provider (probably will be more expensive also)

To answer your question below, no. But u should be able to do this via a cron job (and then assume it does not timeout also!)
