Localisation in a civicrm/joomla site - problem with path for
October 07, 2011, 03:37:41 am
Hi

Just a quick clarification if possible...?

I have created a joomla site and tried to establish localisation following the instructions as detailed in documentation.

The instructions suggest that you add the l10n folder and subdirectories to the root directory with the suggested path for en_GB being 'site_root/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/l10n/en_GB'

May be being a bit dumb here (not an unusual occurance) but having installed civicrm to my Joomla site there is no 'civicrm' subfolder within the com_civicrm folder. I tried adding the l10n folder and language subdirectories within com_civicrm but I still only see the default English US language.

Question is...has there been an error with the upload in that the civicrm folder has not been loaded or do I need to create this folder along with l10n and language subdirectories...?

Please advise as I don't have much hair left to pull out.

Cheers

Robbie
