Sudden HTML issue in Summary tab

Attached is a screen shot of something that has started happening on our Summary tab.
Joomla 1.5.23 and Civi3.2.5

Basically the Activity tba buttons html are appearing in the Summary tab.
There is a an extra html unordered list element which is seemingly appearing in the Summary tab output.

Flummoxed . ANy one come acorss this no how to fix?

did you upgrade recently? try clearing your templates cache folder: media/civicrm/templates_c/*
or are you using a different admin template that might be messing up the css?
support CiviCRM through 'make it happen' initiatives!

Not really - we have a funky civicrm ajax server getting map data but our dev install of it is fine.
Will remove custom components and see if cant get to bottom - there goes the day

Turns out to be summary.tpl overide.
Looks fine but once removed and cache cleared back to normal. Happy days
