Hi,

I have an association that collects dues with the following fee structure:

Quote

Initiation fee is $225
Thereafter, members pay $61.25 per quarter.
Full year before Feb 1 - $225.
After Feb 1 - $245

I'm stuck as to how to set the fee structure up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For online membership signup - you could potentially handle the separate initiation fee by configuring the online contribution form with both a Contribution Amount section (containing a single, defaulted Fixed Contribution Option - Initiation fee: 225). AND then the Membership Block w/ one or more membership types and the associated fee. Then your membership period would be three months - and folks would have to renew online every quarter - or you would handle renewal as a backoffice function ??

I don't think there's a way to automate the quarterly payments with our current functionality. And I can't think of a way to change the membership fees based on when they sign up. (You can configure "rollover to include next period" for fixed / calendar year based membership - but that doesn't seem to be what you're looking for.
