Every now and again the issue of adding a Tax Field to civiCRM comes up and for some of us it is a mandatory requirement. Our studio has modified Drupal 6.xx / civiCRM 3.x to accomplish this but it isn't easy or straight froward so I've started a discussion over at the civiCRM Drupal Group to share code and see if we can come up with a cohesive method to handle the Tax issue.

I still have some code to add after I review it but for the most part I've described how we managed it. There is no warranty or support offered or inferred for the code & techniques provided. At the moment it is a fairly complicated set of steps and I hope with some help we can condense it into a module or a simpler set of steps.
