CiviEvent Option in CiviCRM Profile

I've configured additional fields before that show up during event registration using CiviCRM Profile. However, when I went to create a new profile, I no longer have the option of selecting CiviEvent. I've attached a screenshot of a profile where CiviEvent is selected and the screen I get when creating a new profile that is missing the CiviEvent option.

I think that I might be missing something obvious and would really appreciate some help.
