Surprised to hit this and am not sure if the surprise is that I have just never tried this before (yep still buttons I haven't pressed)

Steps to replicate - ensure there is a contact with several relationships of various types to other contacts.

Adv Search >> Relationship, do not select any as we want to find all + insert Target contact. Hit Search

Goal was to make a Smart Group of 'all people having any relationship with Org X'
