Event completion - Send Customised Certificate of Completion to attendees

After Successful Event Completion, Can we send the Attendees'  Certificate of Completion with their Name, Company, Event Details automatically?

Not right now. But you should be able to do this via a cron job for 4.0 and prior.

IN 4.1, we have scheduled reminder for events functionality. You might be able to modify that for your needs
