Required Fields for Organization Import Not Appearing in Drop-down Menu

I'm attempting to import new memberships of organizations. I get an error saying that the required fields are organization name and email. However, email is not an option in the drop down menu for field mapping. Help? Thanks.

don't know much about the integration with wordpress - maybe there needs to be a wordpress section in the forum for these questions??

Ooops. clearly i was working beyond quitting time. i see "email" nnnow after a night's sleep as an option in the drop-down menu of "CiviCRM Mapping Fields" when mapping from my .csv into Civi. :P
