Is authorizeIPN.php available for 3.2?

We are still using CiviCRM 3.2 and I've noticed that our ../civicrm/extern/directory does not contain the authorizeIPN.php file. All of our ARBs get stuck on pending because we never set this silent post URL and we would like to enable it. Will the versions of authorizeIPN.php work with 3.2?

Gee, after 45 views, I thought someone ought to be able to give me a definite answer on this. I guess the best way is to try it, see if it works and fix it if it doesn't.

Okay. It has been pointed out to me that our version did not include authorize.net recurring donations. It was customized to handle them but the function of this silent URL was not included in the customization.
