Removing The Civicrm Copyright Notice Below The Page

Does anyone know how to remove the Copyright notice at the buttom of the page in civicrm. I have checked all the files  and still cannot locate it. CAn anyone help with this?

 Below is the notice am talking about "Powered by CiviCRM 4.0.5. CiviCRM is openly available under the GNU Affero General Public License (GNU AGPL). Download source.     View issues and report bugs.     Online documentation"

you might want to check the license terms of CiviCRM with your legal team (i.e. the agpl v3 license)

In general we do prefer that users know that they are using open source software and CiviCRM

Thanks for the response. I have no problem with leaving powered by Civicrm but the link about reporting bugs and issues is not fitting for a site developed for an organization. They are already raising an eyebrow
