Getting a blank CiviCRM Dashboard and the following errors:

New install of Drupal 7.8
New install of CiviCRM 4.07

Install goes perfect, but Dashboard is a full white screen. Errors show up when Administration > People is clicked.

Folders are all 777

Sugestions welcome!
