Duplicate entries in CiviReport with Member Pricesets

When I run the Book keeping Transactions Report I am seeing that members that purchased more than one membership in a transaction based on using membership pricesets  have duplicate entries listed in the report with the same transaction ID, same contribution,  different members numbers, but the amount listed is the total amount of the contribution rather than the line item price associated with membership.
