Recurring contribution status: 'Stopped' rather than 'Completed'?

A client using CiviCRM almost exclusively for processing recurring donations has staff who are confused by what 'Completed' means as a status of a recurring contribution. Does it mean that this month's donation went through? It is far from obvious to users that this means that all of the 'installment' payments have gone through, since recurring payments do not in general have a set number of payments before they expire in Canada: almost universally they are set up to continue until revoked.

Their usability suggestion is to change the browser presentation of the 'completed' status to 'Stopped' for recurring donations. Makes a great deal of sense to me. Is this worth a core patch for usability?
