Activities email sends Custom Fields sorted by ID not by weight

Not sure where to post this. So if we have custom fields on an Activity, the email that gets triggered has them ordered by the field ID not by the field order.
Can someone give me a pointer for fixing this? THanks

Filed an issue for this with the fix for 4.1:
http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-9193
