Tracking features

I wish to suggest a few features relating to tracking on the civiMail.

1.  Currently the report for "tracked opens" (and "clicked through", etc.) cannot be exported as a csv. It would be great if the data can be exported.

2.  It would be great if there is also a report for "tracked not open".

3.  It would be great if there is a report for "tracked opens (unique)" that removes duplicate entries in "tracked opens".

4.  Is it possible to have a report for email that has gone into recipients' spam-boxes?

Equally, for real bulk emailing in CiviContribute or CiviEvents and the like campaigns, the idea is to drive the list to a point of every contact taking some action. If recipients never open an email you send then it's more or less a stale contact. But being able to separate them out so a user can continually resend to that group is essential.

Second, are the Tracked Opens group. They need to have a different message teasing them to clickthrough.
Third, are the the contacts that clicked-through but took no action, ie, made a contribution, RSVP to an event, etc. They need a personalized message independent of the previous two.

This is essential for successful online fundraising and making it available would automatically benefit all users in success of their campaigns and the functions of CiviCRM.

But, I cannot find a way to even search for these contacts to create a group. I have seen some hacks to perform one of these functions but it speaks to Drupal only and not to Joomla which is what I use.

It shouldn't be too hard to do since there is already a link in each report culling those contacts based on their activity. It should be easy enough to do this then. I would be open to sponsoring such a project with an ample turn-around time of a 2 weeks.

1. Check the mailing related CiviReports. They allow you to add contacts to a group that did something on a mailing.

2. Note that tracked opens are an "unreliable" estimate in my opinion. They rely on loading a 1x1 image and many mail clients block automatic loading of images

3. If there are some specific features that you'd like to see added please contact us by email. Our consulting agreement and rate sheet are here: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/Consulting+Services+Agreement
