Using the Membership Report to provide the current months summary and reporting by membership type and amount, I am finding that the reported amounts do not agree with the  summary provided by  the Donor Report for the same period (the membership  amount summary is greater which cannot be the case as this is a subset of all contributions).

The problem is likely with how contribution records and created with pricesets which allow multiple memberships per contribution.  Unfortunately I do not have the time (or expertise) to contribute a patch for this!
