Custom fields do not show on "Register Event Participant" page

Hi,
I don't see what's wrong, maybe you can help me out.
We have a profile / custom fields assigned to an event for online registration. The fields show and are used successfully for event registration. The fields also show up on the event tab for searching (because the fields were setup as searchable).

However, the fields do not show up when using the "Register Event Participant" form to register people manually for the event.
Can you think of any reason why they would not load there? (I tested this on the demo installation on civicrm.org, and it sure works....).
I have tried to delete the templates_c directory on the server but that did not make a difference.

Can you clarify - are the fields you created, being used for the Event or for the Participants?

yes, sorry that was not clear: the fields are for "Participants".

hey thomas - can you add some screenshots - is it possible the fields are there, but are collapsed and you are just overlooking the grey expandable section at the bottom of creating the registration via the backend? (unlikely but had to ask(

The fields are definitely not there ;-) and i understand that you have to ask...
Just checked the source and there is an empty div with class="crm-participant-form-block-customData" after the notes field. This is the source of that div (removed spaces to make it more readable):

Not sure I can help from that, so you may have to wait for smarter soul to come along  ::)
screenshot of where you aren't seeing things (and where you are) would still help confirm we are on the same page

I will run an update to the latest version of Civicrm and see if this will help the issue.

curtis - hi - may help others help you if you can supply some more info if thomas doesn't pipe up with his solution - or if yours is not the exact same issue eg What type of custom fields used for what.

Unfortunately I do not have a solution to offer. We had other items that needed to be implemented. Due to the low volume of offline registrations, we were able to manage. Back then I updated to 3.4.7 and it did not solve the issue. Just saw that 3.4.8 is out and I may give this a try. However, I think there is something else going on, needs to be debugged... If I get the time I look into it more.
