Donation Page Not Working Not Found Error

 My page shows up just fine and everything seems to work but when I try and make a donation here
https://konbitsante.org/donate

I get the following error

Not Found

The requested URL /component/option,com_civicrm/Itemid,22/_qf_Confirm_display,true/lang,en/qfKey,4a49efe465721d56e1c8ffe2c5b9650f_7858/task,civicrm/contribute/transact/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Actually it was not solved. I got no response here and I apologize but I was not willing to pay for it before so it belonged here. I will delete this post and I got to say does no one know how to solve this issue?

It's not solved? If I visit that URL I see a CiviCRM Contribution page. I don't see any error or 404.

What is the issue then?

The error occurs when the donation is made. The actual page itself works fine.

Oh. Sorry for the misunderstanding. If I put in bad data it goes to

https://konbitsante.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/contribute/transact&Itemid=22

and works.

If I submit good data it goes to:

https://konbitsante.org/component/option,com_civicrm/Itemid,22/_qf_Confirm_display,true/lang,en/qfKey,cf1fbf6e09242ae262fcb9cb1e65fe92_515/task,civicrm%2Fcontribute%2Ftransact/

and fails, as you wrote.

Can you turn off sh404 sef ?

There is not exactly an off switch. Do you think that the sh404 sef is the issue? I cant understand why it is going to the second url. I tryed turning off the domain rewrite for that link and it still gave me the same error.

I turned off the component functionality in sh404 sef. I found a tutorial that someone set up like 3 years ago that was still relevant.

Now for some reason the donation is not being recorded and I get this error message...

This seems to be an error sent back from your Payment Processor. Who do you use for this?
