Petition setup problem

I have followed the instructions to setup an online petition. I created the custom field sets and custom data fields for Petition Activity Profile. I created the two Custom Profiles that are required by the Campaigns>New Petition . Here is the error I get:

•is a required field.
=========================================

The problem is ALL fields on the page are populated. What am I doing wrong?

i suspect your recaptcha settings are wrong and the recaptcha fields are nor being displayed on the form (if u do a view source, u'll see the recaptcha validate field). Might want to disable recaptcha and/or check your recaptcha settings
