Donations not recording

I am using Joomla 1.5.23 CiviCrm 3.45. I dont know why but the donations are not recording. Here is the link to my donation page.

Below is screenshot of the error message I get once the donation is complete. Authorize.net records the donation but in the administrative panel the donation is failing to be recorded. Please help I have no idea where to begin to fix this.
