Hello All,

Trainees are taking 'On Hold' email addresses and making them live.

This is a problem if the trainee has been trained to update physical & email addresses, and you discover that they took real self initiative in removing the ugly red stop sign (on email address that are not 'new'), and your discovery is after they edited 750 addresses. Ouch. Which ones were old email addresses and 'On Hold'? Which ones are 'new' email addresses?

  • Is there a way to search for the removed 'On Hold' check boxes via 'Last chage by'?
  • Is there a way to lock the checkbox, allowing anyone to check the box, but only persons with the permissions to 'Restore' deleted items from the trash to uncheck the 'On Hold' checkbox?

Hi,

Not easily I think.

I would suggest not worry too much about it, as they will be flagged on hold again at the next mailing (presumably they are still not working).

IMO would be super helpful to store the bounced email as an activity, to know the cause and would have make it possible to find all the contacts that have a bounce activity and that have been changed by recently and that aren't on hold anymore.
