I'm new, but I have it installed & it seems to be working. I've imported a contacts, but I don't understand why the following:

1.) If I import as "individual" I don't see the organization name...anywhere.
2.) If I import as "organization" I don't see the individual's name...anywhere.

I should say I understand what's happening, but I like to see the full contact information on not only the search result screen, but the contact screen as well.

CiviCRM considers Individuals and Organizations to be different "types" of contact records. They may be "connected" through Relationships. So, an Individual can be an "employee of" (relationship) an Organization - for example.

If you fill in / import the "Employer" field for an Individual - CiviCRM creates the employee - employer relationship and displays that under the relationships tab of both the employee and the employer (organization)
