Importing communication preferences
October 27, 2011, 09:31:43 pm
well i'm working through importing legacy data, one import at a time. how should I set the legacy field to set the communications preferences like email greeting, postal greeting, addressee, since they seem to use tokens. Is there a default setting I can set or do I have to modify my incoming data to set this. Would appreciate some guidance.

thanks,
doug
