Can't add new reports / edit existing reports

Hi

We've setup a new Drupal 7 / CiviCRM 4.04 site.
This has nopw gone live but for some reason we can't add new reports / edit existing reports (but thy can be deleted).
No error message / debug is displayed - the page just reloads.

Has anyone any idea what could cause this?
