CiviCRM test mailer always for 4.0.7

Sending out mailing, using direct url and cron, always is the from name with "CiviCRM Test Mailer", very annyoing.
Can anyone help me for CiviCRM 4.0.7 with Joomla 1.6.6.

Administer -- Administration Console -- Mail Accounts (under CiviMail)

There you can edit or add email accounts.
