Word Replacements replacement options and Translation don't work

I had this error on the Word Replacements page:

After i have add to, some sentences more than before got translated and the Word Replacements form can save new strings. But many strings in the backend are still in English.
Also the strings i have set with Word Replacements don't get replaced.

edit: the actual interesting parts in this text left out because i get every time the message:"can't post external links" if i want to save it. And it's only error messages an a file path NO external link!

Almost all pages in example.com/civicrm are not translated.

Is there somebody in this forum who has the same problem?

Unless you enable multilingual support, you'll have to live with it, or hack away...

I try to understand what you mean. You say, when i set the "Default Language" this has no effect at all, only when also "Enable Multiple Languages" is set, it works, right?

Can i ask, why civicrm then partly appears translated and other parts not?

I have tested this, when i set "Enable Multiple Languages" it work's for one or tow pages and the i get this error
"PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 576716800 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77 bytes) in PEAR.php on line 884"
i have set the mem-limit above 500MB, but it seams it doesen't matter what limit i set, the error remains.
