Groups not appearing in popup contact display in Search results

Hi,

When I search for contacts, with Search / Find Contacts, and hover over the little man icon, the contact's group (or groups) are not displayed in the popup window. Tags are displayed ok. Picture attached below .. there should be a group in the window.

This seems to work on the Demo site, groups are displayed ok.

We're at CiviCRM 3.4.1, on Drupal.  Any thoughts ? Possibly fixed somewhere between 3.4.1 and 3.4.6 I guess, but we're not in a positon to upgrade at the moment, we have a big investment in a stable 3.4.1 site.

Check the visibilty settings of the Groups you are using. I think groups w/ 'Admin and User' visibility might be hidden depending on version and on permissions of the user viewing the record.

If you want to try and debug a bit, check out the run() function in CRM/Profile/Page/Dynamic.php starting around line 207 (in trunk version).

hello,

        How to migrate or export contact data from civicrm version 1.9 to 4.0. now i have used civicrm1.9 for drupal5  and civicrm4.0 for drupal7.

Thanks Dave.
All the groups have Visibility of "User and User Admin only".
I've poked around in Administration / Access Control, I seem to have all permissions.
However .. contrary to me earlier remarks, we are now upgrading to 3.4.6, so I'll just wait and check again at the new rev

I don't think smart groups will show up when you hover the man, only static groups.
