Hi, I am working with an international group that is hell bent on creating an international website for collecting and sharing data on the various occupy movements, and whatever movements they may spawn later. We are actually planning on using mediawiki for the public data, however I would love to see a CiviCRM "backend" for verified members to share contact information and in general organize themselves better. However, given that our group is democratic and we don't have any CRM enthusiasts, that won't happen without someone like you!

This particular "demo" site (note that the name of the site is intended to be demos = greek for the people) is an attempt to implement the proposal, and has a rather new install of CiviCRM  3.4 that can be accessed from the wiki by clicking on "contact portal" on the navigation bar. Wiki users are automatically logged into the drupal 6 install. See the proposal for how this works.
