Customising mailing labels with jpgs - possible?

We are about to start sending our postal mail via a system which requires us to have additional information on our mailing label which we will add via jpgs (see attachment).  Is there any way in Civi to have a label format to which we have added these jpgs and onto which our addresses then print?
