Why cant I delete/edit/rename profiles under: CiviCRM » Administer CiviCRM » CiviCRM Profile

It is like I am having a access problem...

What profiles cant u delete/edit?

there are quite a few profiles that are used in various CiviCRM workflows. Those profiles are "reserved" and hence cannot be deleted. But you should be able to edit and add more fields etc

It is a general problem. As You can see from my picture...

But most important, I want to change the name of "PÃ¥ vegne af en organisation". How can I do this?

I am probably just missing your point....but I'll try this simple answer anyway.  Have you tried clicking in the "settings" link?  From setting you can edit the profile name.

OK I found a way out.

I simply have to detach the profile from the Contribution Pages. Then I can change settings.
