I just posted a copy of a report we are using a lot to the WIKI - it adds contribution data to the membership report & also causes ALL a contacts phone numbers to be on the report. (this is the sort of thing people seem to want to be able to produce to send to their branches).

I think it's quite a good example for people wanting to customise reports
