Looking for Rx to remove cents from currency values

According to some research done about non-profits, people are less likely to join / contribute if numbers on the forms have many zeros in them.

Our org does nothing with partial dollar amounts.

Is there a way to globally turn off the presentation of ".00" behind the amounts on CiviContribute forms?

how about setting the monetary value display here:

to be:

%!.0n

Might want to read the tweak the format based on the docs here: http://php.net/manual/en/function.money-format.php
