warning w/ Donation Summary Report (Repeat) - warning: implode() [function.impl

I'm upgrading from 3.2.4 to 4.5.7.  One of my users uses the Donations Summary Report (Repeat).  In the upgraded version it throws this warning:

warning: implode() [function.implode]: Bad arguments. in /var/www/drupal.civicrm.org/svn/civicrm34/CRM/Report/Form/Contribute/Repeat.php on line 339.

Funny thing, the same warning is thrown in the demo site.  So I guess the problem is repeatable

Two questions:  Do I care, i.e. is anything really broken, the report seems to work?
                          Has this been reported?  (I couldn't find it in issue tracker but I'm not sure I'm searching correctly.

filed an issue here:

http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-9183

this is fixed for 4.1. You can ignore the warning (does not impact the result)
