Specifying a non-primary email for sending the Activity notification to

Hi - has anyone done something along these lines already that they can point us to.

Contact A is to receive Activity Notifications for 'ecounselling requests' but those notifications are to go to a special email for them, rather than their general 'primary' email.

I.e. their Primary email is for receiving general organisational communications, their 'counselling email' is to receive the Activity Notifications.
