Pay By Check WSOD
November 14, 2011, 03:21:29 pm
Hello,

I am getting a WSOD when processing a contribution which is set to "I will send payment by check."  We are also using PayPal standard, which works flawlessly, no WSOD.  I tested myself one time, had no problems processing the entire form with pay by check.

So, to test once more, i created a new user, filled out profile and set to pay by check.  However this time i get the WSOD on /civicrm/contribute/transact.  If it hit refresh, i get an error:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
This contribution has already been submitted. Click here if you want to make another contribution.

EDIT- I had another user test, and he is receiving a 500 error.  I have not changed anything about the contribution form, it has worked fine for several months now.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

SOLVED

After turning various things on and off, i finally got a message indicating there was an issue with sending the email.  If you have the same problem, check your emails in the thank you and receipting screen, then also verify eahc in your FROM emails and also double check your smpt settings are correct

Working as usual now
